TIPS - HOW TO USE
1. Before igniting the charcoal in your barbecue apply a layer of sand and ash to keep the temperature evenly across the surface of the grill as well as to absorb the fat dripping from your food. This results in avoiding the creation of flames.

2. Avoid the lighting of fire with oil derived materials and use natural firelighters (taper wood, etc.) and use a funnel for natural convection.

3. Start a light with a few pieces of charcoal and once they light up place the rest on top.

4. Spread the charcoal with the grill fork and place the grill on top once they are hot enough.

5. Place the food on the grill once the charcoal has whitened.

6. If your food has a lot of fat, make sure you constantly move the position of the food so as to not create a smear of fat on the charcoal that could cause a flame.

7. Always have a bottle of lemon juice next to you to put out any possible flames.
